 V Tschechisch (cs)Jako třetí krok vlastního badatelského prohlubování přistupuje meditativní cvičení. Člověk se musí pokusit obsahy «Zemědělského kurzu» myslícím způsobem zvnitřnit, mít je stále přítomné ve vší práci a nechat je stát se čilou substancí vědomostní duše. Tato ideová substance má moc bezprostředně podněcovat k práci. Její pravá bytostná povaha se odhaluje teprve ve vykonávání a v jeho důsledcích. Biologicko-dynamické preparáty získávají svůj smysl teprve v bezpodmínečném konání. Neboť teprve v konání se stávají bytostně skutečnými. V ideové formě jimi ještě nejsou — ta se naplňuje bytostí — jakoby z budoucnosti — teprve tehdy, když se stane svobodným činem. Cesta k tomu otevírá pohled na vyšší poznávací stupně Imaginace, Inspirace a Intuice, jejichž dobytí stojí před lidstvem jako budoucí cíl. Duchovní badatel touto cestou předešel. My stojíme skromně na počátku. Na základě výsledků duchovního bádání však můžeme ze síly vědomostní duše dobýt duchovní jistotu, že jsme na správné cestě.  V Deutsch (de)Als ein dritter Schritt selbst forschender Vertiefung schließt sich das meditative Üben an. Man muss versuchen, die Inhalte des «Landwirtschaftlichen Kurses» denkend zu verinnerlichen und sie in aller Arbeit stets präsent zu haben und zur regsamen Substanz der Bewusstseinsseele werden zu lassen. Diese Ideensubstanz hat die Macht, unmittelbar zur Arbeit zu impulsieren. Ihr wahres Wesen enthüllt sich erst im Vollzug und in dessen Folgen. Die biologisch-dynamischen Präparate erhalten ihre Bedeutung erst im unbedingten Tun. Denn erst im Tun werden sie wesenhaft-wirklich. Sie sind es noch nicht in der Ideenform, sondern diese erfüllt sich – gleichsam aus der Zukunft – erst mit Wesen, wenn sie freie Tat wird. Der Weg dahin öffnet die Sicht auf die höheren Erkenntnisstufen der Imagination, Inspiration und Intuition, die zu erringen als Zukunftsziel vor der Menschheit steht. Der Geistesforscher ist diesen Weg vorausgegangen. Wir stehen bescheiden am Anfang. Aufgrund aber der Ergebnisse der Geistesforschung können wir aus der Kraft der Bewusstseinsseele die Geistesgewissheit erringen, dass wir auf dem rechten Wege sind. One must endeavour to inwardly assimilate the contents of the *Agriculture Course* through thinking, to hold them present in all one's work, and to allow them to become the living substance of the consciousness soul. This substance of ideas has the power to impel one directly toward action. Its true being reveals itself only in the carrying-out and in its consequences. The biodynamic preparations receive their meaning only in unconditional doing. For only in the doing do they become real in a being-way. They are not yet so in the idea-form; rather, this idea-form fulfils itself — as if from out of the future — with being only when it becomes free deed. The path toward this opens the view onto the higher stages of cognition of Imagination, Inspiration, and Intuition, the winning of which stands as a goal for the future before humanity. The spiritual researcher has gone this path ahead of us. We stand humbly at the beginning. Yet on the basis of the results of spiritual research, we can, out of the force of the consciousness soul, win the certainty of spirit that we are on the right path. Los preparados biodinámicos adquieren su significación solo en el hacer incondicional. Pues solo en el hacer se vuelven esencialmente reales. Todavía no lo son en la forma de idea; esta se cumple —como desde el futuro— con ser solo cuando se convierte en acto libre. El camino hacia allí abre la vista hacia los grados superiores del conocimiento de la Imaginación, la Inspiración y la Intuición, que como meta de futuro aguardan a ser conquistados por la humanidad. El investigador espiritual ha recorrido este camino de antemano. Nosotros nos encontramos con humildad al comienzo. Pero en virtud de los resultados de la investigación espiritual podemos alcanzar, desde la fuerza del alma consciente, la certeza espiritual de que estamos en el camino recto.
