Draslík je jako tvůrce solí nositelem látkového principu a je tak reprezentantem Pozemského. V součinnosti obou polárních principů se v rostlině uskutečňuje — v procesu steigerung — tvorba bílkovin. Na každém stupni svého zjevování od semene až po květ je rostlina, a obzvláště řebříček, obrazem této polarity. Ryze věcně nám tato polarita vstoupí před oči, položíme-li semeno do země.
