Das andere, der Stoff, der in der Erde als Kalium mit physikalisch exakt fassbaren Eigenschaften erscheint, verschwindet in den organischen Prozess, prägt diesem gewisse Eigenschaften auf, um dann von Blatt zu Blatt aufsteigend, in der Blüte dem Kosmos angenähert, in eine Art Keimzustand überzugehen. Man schaue auf den Blütenstand der Schafgarbe, man erblickt ein hohes Maß an irdisch-physischer Formdifferenzierung und gleichzeitig diese so willenlos dem Kosmos gegenüber sich öffnende Geste. En su forma reconocemos sin lugar a dudas la milenrama: en la robustez de su tallo, en la disolución del limbo foliar en una ordenada multiplicidad de divisiones pinnadas que se ramifican como lanzas, y en los corimbos florales que irradian en blanco y rosa, en torno a los cuales se congregan sobre el receptáculo levemente convexo las flores individuales, secas, concentradas y compactas, propias de la compuesta. Lo otro, la sustancia que en la tierra aparece como potasio con propiedades físicamente determinables con exactitud, desaparece en el proceso orgánico, imprime en él ciertas propiedades y, ascendiendo de hoja en hoja, aproximada al cosmos en la flor, pasa a una especie de estado germinal. Que se contemple la inflorescencia de la milenrama: se ve en ella un alto grado de diferenciación morfológica físico-terrestre y al mismo tiempo este gesto de apertura al cosmos, tan falto de voluntad propia.
