Měchýř je útvar astrálního těla jelena. Jakmile je jelenem odebrán, chybí mu astrální tělo. Na jeho místo nastupují, v expozici preparátu vůči okolí, záření «světového astrálního těla» (kosmu). Tímto prvním krokem preparace se uskutečňuje první obrácení naruby funkce měchýře.
