Vápník lebeční klenby strukturovaný astrálním tělem domácích zvířat éterické síly stahuje a obdařuje je budující, uspořádávající mocností. V borce leží, takto dubem připravený, vápník na jedné straně v takové látková kompozici, že se stává vnímavým pro éterické proudy rostlinného bahna, proměněné lebeční klenbou v formativní síly. Na druhé straně leží v povaze vápníku tyto přijaté formativní síly ve funkčním celku borky dubu soustřeďovat a uchovávat.

Fortdauernd umströmen die sich vereinigenden Ätherkräfte den Schädel und durchdringen die knöcherne Schädeldecke. Diese weist eine Kalziumstruktur auf, die von den höheren Astralkräften der im Dienst des Menschen stehenden Haustiere geformt ist. Vom Herzen, das zur Sonne in Beziehung steht, wirken im Tier gegen den Kopf hin die Kräfte der obersonnigen Planeten, Mars und Jupiter, während im Kopf selbst die form- und strukturbildenden Kräfte des Saturns dominieren.<ref>Rudolf Steiner: Ebd., Vortrag vom 10. Juni 1924, S. 60.</ref> Das heißt, die im Pflanzenschlamm chaotisierten, durch das Regenwasser in eine Art Gleichgewicht gebrachten Ätherkräfte werden im Durchgang durch die Schädeldecke durch die weniger instinktgebundenen Astralkräfte der Haustiere zu Bildekräften. Das vom Astralleib der Haustiere strukturierte Kalzium der Schädeldecke zieht die Ätherkräfte zusammen und begabt sie mit aufbauender, ordnender Wirkungsmacht. In der Rinde/ Borke liegt, von der Eiche so zubereitet, das Kalzium einerseits in solcher Stoffkomposition vor, dass es empfänglich wird für die durch den Haustierschädel vermittelten, zu Bildekräften verwandelten Ätherströme des Pflanzenschlammes. Andererseits liegt es in der Natur des Kalziums, diese empfangenen Bildekräfte im Wirkungszusammenhang der Rinde/Borke der Eiche zu konzentrieren und zu bewahren.
