Neruší je jediné ten člověk, který do sebe vsál moudré konání a bytostnou povahu včelího společenstva a z tohoto pramene s uctivostí, rozvážností a klidem vykonává svou prací ke kumštu povýšenou práci na včelím společenstvu. Tento duševní prostor se polarizuje v hlavovité centrum — roj — a v obkruh, který je navenek ohraničen mořem květů, jež obletují dělnice a z něhož se, naloženy medem a pylem, vracejí do středu — děj srovnatelný s krevním oběhem. Co do roje zanášejí, to sdílejí s člověkem: med jako potravu, vosk, propolis a jed k rozmanitým, mimo jiné léčebným účelům. Jsou s odpovídajícím počtem společenstev nezbytnými duševními orgány hofového organismu, jež ve své činnosti vetávají duchovní, působící v teple, do gemarkace jiným způsobem, než to činí zemědělec, když skrze svou práci ichgewollt vmýšlí své myšlenky do celku statku.
