Tuto stránku zastupuje řada polních plodin, které tvoří podstatný základní pilíř prvovýroby v hospodářském životě. Primární výkon leží na vnitřní straně; je jím zvláštní schopnost vztahovat fyziologické funkce — přesněji řečeno bytostné články hospodářského organismu — jedny na druhé, a tím tento organismus jako celek udržovat zdravým a schopným rozvoje.
