Aby se takové otázky staly vědomými a stimulovaly rozvoj schopností, musí být vytvořeny instituce, na něž je poukázáno na straně 177 a dál (kap. «Zur geistigen Entwicklung und Führung einer landwirtschaftlichen Betriebsgemeinschaft» («K duchovnímu rozvoji a vedení zemědělského hospodářského společenství»)).
