Nesmí se jím spokojit ani jednotlivec, ani společenství — jednou je zformovat nestačí. Vyžaduje to soustavnou péči prostřednictvím studia antroposofické duchovní vědy. Její výzkumné obsahy, uváděné do pohybu vzájemným rozhovorem, podněcují myšlenky a pocity, jež předsvítají společně nastupované cestě. Týdenní studijní kruh tohoto druhu — podaří-li se — povzbuzuje dvojím způsobem: jednak se vnitroprovozní tok práce prostorově i časově koordinuje jakoby sám od sebe, jednak pohybuje společenství v takové z každodennosti vyzdvižené hodině myšlenkami, které se zrcadlí v nositeli motivu, tedy ve vědomí každého jednotlivce. Myšlenky takto získané ze společné duchovní poznávací práce vstupují do vztahu s každodenními pozorováními a zkušenostmi vůle učiněnými v práci. Wie kann dieser individuelle Beweggrund nicht nur bewusster werden, sondern darüber hinaus sich zum Strebensziel der ganzen Gemeinschaft erheben? Nicht der Einzelne und nicht die Gemeinschaft darf sich damit begnügen, das Strebensziel einmal gefasst zu haben. Es bedarf der kontinuierlichen Pflege durch das Studium der anthroposophischen Geisteswissenschaft. Deren Forschungsinhalte, im wechselseitigen Gespräch bewegt, regen Gedanken und Empfindungen an, die dem gemeinsam zu beschreitenden Weg vorausleuchten. Ein wöchentlicher Studienkreis dieser Art – wenn er denn gelingt – beflügelt auf doppelte Weise: Zum einen koordiniert sich der innerbetriebliche Arbeitsfluss raum- und zeitgerecht wie von selbst, zum anderen bewegt die Gemeinschaft in einer solchen aus dem Alltag herausgehobenen Stunde Gedanken, die sich im Motivträger, im Bewusstsein also jedes Einzelnen spiegeln. Solcherart aus gemeinsamer geistiger Erkenntnisarbeit gewonnene Gedanken treten zu den täglich in der Arbeit gemachten Beobachtungen und Willenserfahrungen in Beziehung. How can this individual impulse not only become more conscious, but beyond that raise itself to the striving-goal of the whole community? Neither the individual nor the community may rest content with having once grasped that striving-goal. It requires continual cultivation through the study of anthroposophical spiritual science. Its research-contents, set in motion through mutual conversation, kindle thoughts and feelings that light the way ahead on the path to be walked together. A weekly study circle of this kind — when it truly succeeds — has a twofold enlivening effect: on the one hand, the inner working-flow of the farm coordinates itself, rightly in space and time, as if of its own accord; on the other, the community moves, in such an hour lifted out of daily life, thoughts that are mirrored in the bearer of the motive — that is, in the consciousness of each individual. Thoughts won in this way from shared spiritual-cognitive work enter into relationship with the observations and will-experiences made daily in the work itself. Jak ten indywidualny pobudka może nie tylko stawać się coraz świadomsza, lecz wznosić się ponadto do celu dążenia całej wspólnoty? Ani pojedynczy człowiek, ani wspólnota nie może poprzestać na tym, że raz ujęła już cel dążenia. Wymaga on ciągłej pielęgnacji poprzez studium antropozoficznej nauki duchowej. Jej treści badawcze, poruszane we wzajemnej rozmowie, pobudzają myśli i odczucia, które rozświetlają drogę mającą być wspólnie przebywaną.
