With regard to the farm organism, the fertilising force of the preparations lies in a kind of educating of its members of the human being toward a higher wholeness. In the context of the rhythms of the solar year they strengthen and dynamize not only the specific working of each of these members, but they promote above all their mutual interpenetration — which is what first brings the farm organism to its self-enclosure and site-specific development. It is in particular the work with the biodynamic preparations that leads toward a personal relationship to the substances and forces that prepare a living-fertile soil for the plants. In this way the I-nature of the working human being can unite with the spiritual working of the inner nature of nature.
